We’re excited to introduce a hotly anticipated feature to your Client Web Access portal.
The new Dashboard will give you lots of handy information about your account at a glance—including how many minutes you’ve used this month.
Many of our clients have asked for this, and we heard you! With the new Dashboard, it’ll be easier than ever to stay on top of your AnswerConnect account.
Keep reading for a step-by-step tour of the Dashboard features.
Client Web Access Dashboard: Where Is It?
Good question. The Dashboard is conveniently located in the same Client Web Access portal you’ve always used. If you’re new to AnswerConnect, or it’s been a while since you’ve logged in, just go to access.answerconnect.com and enter your email address and password.
The Dashboard is now the “front page” of CWA. You’ll see it by default when you log in. If you navigate to other parts of CWA and want to return to the Dashboard, just click the link at the top of the main menu on the left.
The Dashboard will show data from the current month by default. Across the top of the screen, you’ll see your Total Calls received, Total Minutes used, the Average Duration of your calls, and the Average Calls Per Day count for the month.
If you want to see data from a past month, use the dropdown menu at the top left.
Below the four main numbers is a graph of the month, showing your number of calls in gray and your minute usage in blue.
At the top right corner of the graph, you’ll see some controls. The first two allow you to choose whether to show a line graph or a bar graph.
Data View and Download
You can also click the Data View button to show the data as a table.
Finally, the CSV Download button allows you to download the displayed data as a comma separated values (CSV) file. You can import this file into your favorite spreadsheet application, such as Excel.
And that’s it! The Dashboard puts your usage for the current month, and the previous few months, right at your fingertips. No more wondering how many minutes you’ve used! You can check any time.
Let us know if you have any questions, and thank you for partnering with AnswerConnect! And if you want to learn more about the latest updates to CWA navigation, check here and keep an eye on our blog’s News category in the future.
