Our Client Web Access application lets you view and edit your staff directory and script or view and pay your bill, for example. You can also read your messages and forward them to different members of your team to handle. Now, we’ve added a new feature, allowing you to add a comment to the forwarded message, giving further instructions to a team member or letting them know you’ve got the ticket handled yourself.
