How long does setup normally take?

Setting up your AnswerConnect account is quick and easy. The time required depends on the complexity of your setup:

Basic Setup – Ready in 5 Minutes

• A basic message-taking script can be set up in as little as five minutes.
• Your phone number is assigned automatically upon signup.
• If you need a specific area code, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Advanced Setup – 1 to 3 Days

• If your setup involves custom call scripting or advanced configurations, it may take one to three days to complete. Please note that prior implementing custom scripting or setting up your call flow, you will be required to attend an onboarding meeting with your customer account manager
