If you have different staff on duty at different times and want to have your calls transferred accordingly, we can help.
If you’d like to add a designated person for us to transfer calls to, contact our client services department at 800-531-5828 or by email at clientservices@answerconnect.com.
If you already have a person in your script and just want to change the info, you can do it yourself through your AnswerConnect App.
- Go to My Directory.
- Select the team member you want to edit.
- Click edit profile.
- Edit the phone number.
- Click Save.
If your on-call staff rotate frequently, we can add an on-call schedule to your account. This will let us know who is on duty on a given day. You’ll be able to edit this information at any time if your staffing changes.
To update your on-call schedule:
- Go to business lines.
- Select the desired account.
- Choose call flow.
- Add the new name and number.
- Hit Save.
