Log into your AnswerConnect App. You’ll find the login button at the top right corner of the AnswerConnect website.
Choose Inbox from the menu at the left.
Your messages will be displayed in a list. Select individual messages to see their contents.
You can archive, delete, print, or forward messages as you review them. You can also leave feedback for the receptionist responsible for the message.
Select Add Note to let your team members know you’ve dealt with a message already, or tag them in the message to let them know you’d like them to handle it.
