We operate with a remote working model. That means our receptionists work from their home offices rather than a central call center. This helps us provide flexibility and work-life balance for our employees and eliminates any background call center noise.
In addition, having our Client Experience Associates spread out geographically means we won’t suffer outages due to localized power outages, snowstorms or other obstacles.
*During peak hours, we may forward some calls to our virtual receptionists in the UK and Canada.
