Your AnswerConnect-Insightly integration takes the busywork of data entry off your plate. When a customer or prospect calls your business, their contact information (name, phone number, and so on) is pushed automatically to Insightly.
You can choose to use this information to create a lead or contact. Then, your team can follow up appropriately, using the workflow you already have in place.
